使用 kongfusion.ai 及通过本站购买数字产品（含《代谢觉醒：你以为这很健康》电子书零售版）， 即表示你同意本条款（正式生效后）及 隐私政策。若不同意，请勿使用本站或下单。

By using kongfusion.ai or buying digital products here (including the personalized ebook Metabolic Awakening — You Thought This Was Healthy), you agree to these Terms (once in force) and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site or place an order.

零售电子书以 EPUB + PDF 数字下载形式提供，供个人阅读使用。 除非另有书面许可，你不得转售、公开再分发、批量上传共享平台，或移除版权与标识信息。 私人编号定制版属不同 SKU / 渠道，条款可能另行约定。

The ebook is delivered as a personalized EPUB + PDF (name + edition number) emailed after payment for personal reading. Unless we give written permission, you may not resell, publicly redistribute, bulk-upload to sharing platforms, or strip copyright notices. Personalized numbered editions are a different SKU/channel and may have separate terms.

3. 价格、税费与支付

标价为 $16 USD。上线后，税费由结账页按买家所在地展示为准；Creem 为 MoR。 海外支付计划由 Creem 作为 Merchant of Record 处理；卡片信息由支付方处理，本站不存储完整卡号。

List price is $16 USD. Once live, tax is shown at checkout by buyer location; Creem is the MoR. Overseas payments are planned via Creem as Merchant of Record; card data is handled by the payment provider—we do not store full card numbers.

付款成功后，你将通过邮件或下载页获得文件 / 链接。请确保邮箱准确。若未收到，联系 liang.kong@kongfusion.ai。

After successful payment, you will receive files or a download link by email or download page. Use a valid address. If nothing arrives, contact liang.kong@kongfusion.ai.

数字商品退款政策尚未最终确定，将结合 Creem 政策、适用消费者法与产品形态另行公布。 在政策生效前，请勿假设自动退款权利；有问题先发邮件沟通。

The digital-goods refund policy is not final. It will be published to align with Creem’s policies, applicable consumer law, and the product form. Do not assume automatic refunds before that; email us first with issues.
